First night.
- Elena salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, roasted pepper, boiled potatoes, fresh cabbage, cow cheese, egg, Elena fillet, onion
- Bruschetta with Elena prosciutto, butter, cherry tomato and rocket
- / Pork neck on a plate with forest porcini mushrooms, sauce and vegetables
- Homemade biscuit cake
- 50 g. Appetizer “Elena Prosciutto” 50 ml. Elena aged brandy, 250 ml. Wine from Elena region, non-alcoholic and min. water.
Second evening
- Shepherd’s salad “Elena style” (tomatoes, cucumbers, roasted pepper, crumbled cow cheese, egg, Elena ham, mushrooms, onions, olives).
- Bruschettas with “Elena” fillet, butter, cherry tomatoes, and parsley.
- Chicken skewers with melted cheese and Elena ham on crushed potatoes.
- Cheesecake with homemade blueberries.
